  • Role Type: Ongoing / Short-term

Open your home — and your heart — to a cat or kitten in need.

Fosters provide a safe, loving environment while cats wait for their forever homes. Responsibilities may include feeding, socialization, administering basic medications if needed, and attending adoption events or meet-and-greets. We cover veterinary care and supplies when possible.

This is one of the most impactful ways to help.

  • Role Type: Leadership / Board Position

Oversee and support the coordination team.

The Director of Coordinators recruits, manages, and supports our key coordinator roles, including:

    • Foster Coordinator

    • Adoption Coordinators

    • Medical Coordinator

    • Event Coordinator

This role focuses on organization, accountability, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Ideal for someone with leadership, nonprofit, or project management experience who wants to make a strategic impact.

  • Role Type: Ongoing | High Responsibility

Help match cats with their perfect families.

Adoption Coordinators manage the adoption process from start to finish, including:

    • Reviewing adoption applications

    • Communicating with and thanking applicants

    • Coordinating meet-and-greets with fosters

    • Scheduling and conducting home visits

    • Handling adoption contracts and paperwork

    • Coordinating the transfer of adopted cats

This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Training and support are provided.

  • Role Type: Ongoing | Specialized

Ensure our cats receive the care they need.

The Medical Coordinator works closely with vets and fosters to:

    • Schedule spay/neuter and medical appointments

    • Track medical records

    • Communicate care instructions to fosters

    • Monitor ongoing treatments

Medical or veterinary experience is helpful but not required — strong organization and communication are key.

  • Role Type: Ongoing | Flexible

Help share our cats’ stories and spread the word about our mission.

The Social Media Coordinator assists with creating and scheduling posts for platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Content may include adoption spotlights, event promotions, donation appeals, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Attending adoption events to take photos or short videos is a huge plus, but not required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, or social media and wants to make a meaningful impact — even from home.

We offer support and guidance as needed, while welcoming your strategy, creativity, and content ideas.

  • Role Type: As Needed / Flexible

Be the bridge that gets cats where they need to go.

Transporters help move cats between fosters, veterinary appointments, adoption events, and new homes. This role is flexible and perfect for volunteers with reliable transportation and occasional availability.

  • Role Type: Occasional / Flexible

Help us show up for the cats.

Event volunteers assist with adoption events and fundraisers by:

    • Helping set up and break down

    • Handling cats and speaking with potential adopters

    • Sharing information about our mission

This is a great role for those who want to help without a long-term commitment.

  • We’d still love to hear from you! Tell us your interests and availability, and we’ll help find the right role for you.
